The Scene in question is a CID with all the male characters and a young girl name Futaba.
Personally i like this scene the most even though her binds aren't shown as much as some of the others

There's also DiD moments with Futaba in episodes 43 and 44 as well as one with a one of DiD that may or may not be a stand in for Chelsea Clinton in episode 45. Not posting any of those for obvious reasons. I've never seen a detective/crime fighting show with so many potential moments that never happen and the bad guys (almost) never use gags. And Yoko got nothing at all, very disappointed.
