A new Zatanna inspired Web comic just started on Webtoon. The basic premise is she's been sent back in time to Whitechapel during the rampage of Jack the Ripper.

The second issue features her getting caught by said ripper and waking up in a chair with her hands tied behind her back, no gag although she's under a silence spell at the time if you enjoy that. We also get a flashback of a younger Zatanna in an identical situation when her father was teaching her escapology as she escapes.

(since this is Zatanna we're talking about there's probably an average chance of a full treatment in the comic's future)

The silence spell is undone in the following issue and it's established that she cannot use her magic without talking...so there's plenty of gag potential.

One of the most recent issues of this has a very brief full treatment of one of Zatanna's new friends. She's been taken by the ripper and while using magic to track them Zatanna gets a vision of her tied up. It's also the thumbnail for the issue

Surprised no one’s mentioned it yet but Zatanna’s finally gotten the full treatment and tape gagged in the latest chapters, and from the look of it will likely go on for one more chapter at least. At the end it’s it’s revealed her friend had also been captured and tied up, along with John Constantine and a demon(neither of them being gagged thankfully)
