This old OVA could also be listed as Eiyuu Gaiden Mozaika. The DID in question is a princess chained up, arms overhead. There's a quickie scene in episode #1 around 26:30, but a longer one in episode #2 starting around 7:15 with occasional scenes following until she's released around 17:30.
