This is from the second to last episode of Kasumin season 3 but unfortunately the torrent for this on nyaa is missing that episode and this is just a shot from the preview to that ep

Having just taken a quick look at Nyaa myself, it looks like someone just recently uploaded the raws for both the second and third season of that show.

I just found this and I'm gonna see if they're still being seeded.
I DID find the ep in question on YouTube but in Arabic over the Japanese audio >_< which is why I haven't done anything with it yet. Gonna see which eps weren't in the other torrent and finally finish checking this too

So the only thing i could find in the episodes that I hadn't checked were these two. Otherwise its just the one tie up of her friend.

Her and some ninja kids are being enveloped in black fog/smoke but it dissipates almost immeditaely


I think the antagonist is trying to get dirt on her and her minion took some of her photos of which this was one. I dont think this happened in the series but i think ill go back and check again since its been a while.
