The blue haired COP girl toward the end of this comic is shown with hands tied suspended above her head in a suspension scene it appears. The artwork to this Chinese comic looks really nice.

Go Go Power Rangers #20: Continuation of previous issue, the ghost of rita repulsa's mother ist still chained, but no longer gagged

Dragonfly & Dragonflyman : a quickie shows a woman cleave gagged and cuffed put in a police car.

The newest issue of Catwoman has the Aunt of one of the characters tied and gagged in a chair.

Dark Red #4 : the love interest of the hero (who happends to be a vampire) gets captured by a nazi vampire, taped on a table, and tape gagged. She is quickly ungagged, and later seen tied up hands in back (restraints unseen).

Horror Comics # 1: A creepy Ice Cream Man holds a female bound and gagged hostage in his basement for almost the whole issue. But her fate I won't spoil, as all I can say it isn't good and with two words...Soylent Green.

This reminds me of that Clint Howard horror film Ice Cream Man with the famous decaptaed man's head on a waffle cone with toppings scene.

2000 AD PROGR 2141-2144, story called thistlebone : a young woman has hands tied up in rear, later in front, and is cleave gagged.

Descendent #3 : flashback scene in Salem, a witch is brought in the Church, escorted by two guys, hands tied in front, a bag on the head. The bag is quickly removed, and we see a woman with her mouth stuffed, and cleave gagged on top. She gets branded. Issue 5 has also a DID scene, but a bit disturbing : a girl is tied to a table, ready to be burned for sacrifice, next to her are two babies (yep!) also tied, and the good guys (including an FBI female agent) tied to a pole, all meant to be burned. Of course they escape.

Harley Quinn & Poison Ivy #1 : the two main charachters get tied up in vines by a baddy.

Dr Aphra #36 : flashback of the scene showing Hera Syndulla gagged
Nightwing #64:his gf is briefly tied up to a pole in order to lure the hero.

Collapser #4 : GF of main hero is taped to a chair, tape gagged and ungagged, then re-gagged, before being ungagged for good.
The watcher #3 :main character is seen hands tied in front, and feet tied with rope. But rather gory : her father is hanging head down, and throat sliced open for blood sacrifice

Harley Queen & Poison Ivy #2 :continuation of previous scene, both are restrained by vines, but manage to get free.

Year of the Villain: Joker: Mom of the henchman is seen bound and gagged by the Joker dressed as Batman.

Queen of bad dreams #5: a character gets more or less partially wrapped / mummified in an american flag, and is blindfolded + cleave gagged by it
