Well, the site I'm posting from is a really old site. It last updated in the month of September in 2018. So it's no surprise that these scenes have been translated.
Chief Seduction Officer which only went 70 chapters in China and translated version, the Korean version has a full treatment scene of the heroine in Chapter 153 out of 170 chapters. I was really pissed when they all skipped the rest of the comic just to the wedding scene Chapter 163. So they skipped from Chapter 69 straight to 163 and made that Chapter 70. How stupid. I absolutely refuse to read this comic after they pulled bullshit like that. Likelihood of this getting a revamp is highly unlikely. It would make no sense for it to get a second season either the way they ended Chapter 70. They covered only like 40% of the comic while the other 100 chapters were completely omitted. From 70-162 and then 164-170. I hate it when anime does this, but it's even worse when a comic does it.
Take a look at the preview thumbnail in Chapter 153. She's otn gagged.
Yea I tried to search for it it seems that other chapters somehow disappear in thin air (literally cant find it at all) , so disappointing!
Racetoon, Copytoon and TOKR have their chapter database updated to 121. It's slow progress since the last update was two months ago, but at least there is hope that we'll eventually get to see the scene from this. It might be a long wait, but we'll eventually get the scene. Just have to be patient until then.

The only one at the moment that comes to mind is from a Chinese comic that Movi Viento already posted about which I found on manhuagui.

Ah, that one. That was probably one of the best Korean comic scenes I've ever seen. Yes, it indeed does. Very nice narrow but thick white cloth otm gag used in that one.
Still my favorite scene is this one which has caps still posted of it. Nothing says DID more than like a girl who wants to go play detective and go sneaking around baddies to get her stuff back, right?
They're just some thing really sexy when it comes to a female placing herself into a situation where she's going to end up in DID.
That one guy is as evil as fuck. He lured the main protagonist's girlfriend into a trap so she could be kidnapped by some very bad people. I just hope nothing bad happens to her, because this group of people who kidnapped are not good people and they would likely harm her. He knew if he allowed her to be kidnapped the main protagonist would go back and defeat the twins. Possible double DID scene here as it is unclear who that girl is who is being carried away in a bridal carry. It could be the main girl, but it could also be the purple haired girl. We also notice that a door has opened, because we can see the lighting. Who do you guys think that girl is that is being carried? The main heroine or that purple haired girl?
We won't know until Monday about the predicament the two are in. But it is likely this scene will carry on for another two or three chapters.
