I'll take a look on what episode that is, but if I recall correctly, it's the episode Kaiba's brother Mokuba is kidnapped and it shows a shot of him tied up suspended from a helicopter. Later they reach a building where there is clear glass rigged with bombs and the losers take a dive. Both Yugi and Seto duel these rare hunters. At the end of that episode there is one shot which is blink and miss scene of Tea tied up along with Joey. It's actually a very nice tie up shot with her in it.

Nice to see this scene animated! I'd hope that they animate the second time she gets captured but I doubt they'll even make it considering the anime's only 12 episodes. What a missed opportunity.
