Nice find. Another cleave gag scene, there is certainly a shortage of those in anime as I don't know of very many aside from the gaggle of them in the H-Anime.

My point exactly, at least Pretty Cure and the old Sailor Moon series had some decent DID in them without the need of a gag scene. Pripara is matching that path quite nicely. There was one gag scene in Sailor Moon where it involved Sailor Moon's mother. Pokemon used to have great DID until XY came around then it became as about as interesting as Duel Masters and Yugioh. The best DID scene that XY provided was in the early stages where Serena got tied up tight with tape. It pissed me off when Tea got kidnapped by the Shadow Hunters that they only showed that one clip of her at the end of the anime of her tied up. There were no other images of her tied up like that.

Indeed though it was kind of a bust in Murder Princess that they left the gag scene out and just showed that one girl tied up to a chair whereas in the anime she was actually gagged. But yes, you don't need a gag always for good DID scenes. It only irritates me when they don't add one when the scene warrants one like what happened with Yuzu and Roger. I was so pissed off how they handled that situation. That was a huge let down. Even worse when he was trying to take her back to Academia with him also could have warranted a gag scene.

Are you sure about that? According to Hachi's list Episode 26 Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Sailor Stars though I may have it wrong being Sailor Moon's mother there is a gag scene where he says Akane is tape gagged. I never checked this for myself, but his scene list has been pretty accurate even though it did lack the cleave gag scene from Musashi Lord on it. Other than that, it's been pretty accurate.

Though I have wondered about the Rukia cleave gag scene he was talking about. I believe that was nothing more than a manga scan or one those comic reliefs at the end of the anime. As far as I'm aware there are three DID scenes that had gags in them. I don't think Rukia ever had one.

Sailor Moon's mother is named Ikuko. Sailor Stars is the last season of the original series, and Akane Karasuma is the civilian name for Sailor Lead Crow, the aforementioned villainess.

It did though it was another one of those vision scenes like a scene from that other anime of that girl who envisioned she was going to be kidnapped where she was shown bound and gagged. I'm starting to think girls who envision themselves like this actually like being DID.
