I think if it is a female body then it is considered a DID... But it can also be argued that a male mind in a female body is considered a GID...This is way too confusing...

Just finished the series recently, no more DiDs. As for the dilemma the situation is quite simple: Does the tied up body have have birth canal? If yes it's a Damsel in Distress; similar logic for Guys in Distress if it has a phallus.
