well, the 3rd OVA had a bunch of girls tied up with their hands in front & blindfolded. It looked nice, if it weren't for the fact that they got mutilated onscreen that is ! Also, it's not censored so don't eat before watching it, OK?

Found a tie up of the princess in Episode 10 about a little more than four minutes into the episode. Later she is shown in shackles

Episode 15 The pink haired girl is tied up. A pretty good tied up too.

Episode 29 Triple DID + DID/CID. Both girls in the mentioned episodes plus the black haired little girl.

Episode 35: GID gagged with black cloth.

Episode 43: CID with the little black haired girl being tied up.

Might want to keep an eye on this for DID. From what I know Princess Alisha is captured and used as a hostage by her own country so hopefully we'll get to see a few scenes of her in DID since the game never showed what happened to her after she was taken hostage. There's also a DID scene in the game which could appear in this anime too.
