Oh wow.
This was supposed to be one of those "manga scenes that didn't get animated" until today.

So even if the anime series ends without certain DID scenes animated, the door isn't totally closed.

I forgot the exact number but it was waaaaay near the end when Koenma and his staff are taken hostage, Botan included.
This is kinda like the second last chapter in the manga.

You see a bunch of other female staff similar to Botan also taken hostage and tied up together.

The chapters it's adapting are "Two Shot" and "All or Nothing." I believe Botan gets tied up in All or Nothing (also translated to "Do or Die"). Which is chapter 174.

The Epic Adventures of Captain Underpants has a CiD in the episode "The Sockopuss." The class are wrapped up in sock cocoons in the middle of the episode. The cartoon would have worked better if they based and continued from the movie, since most the puppets and stuff was from the film anyway.

Here are the caps, the ep is also up on youtube with the same japanese name

The damsels with knotted gag are from an old hentai series Twin Angels ep 3
