Yeah, I saw this one...there was another scene with Mirajane gagged and pinned speadeagle by that Metal Dragon Slayer, Gazelle or Gajeel or whatever they are calling him now. I don't remember if that scene was animated or not.

I think it was Levy. She was gagged in the manga but not in the anime

No, this was a different scene, it was chapter 104 of the manga.

And I only know of the one similar scene with Levy, she wasn't gagged though.

it was mirajane who was bound that way and gagged. Gajeel wanted to perform instead of her.
