Okay, I remember some other Harleys but that is a slap to Dini and Timm if you ask me. The ones I recall werw not tied to the Joker. The batgirl (LONG LIVE STEPH!) scenes aren't loading up for me.

Two scenes that were under the radar last week, but were pretty good were: "Hack/Slash" issue 20 (the center page has quick scene in bottom right panel).

Also a Dark Horse title, "Ex Sanguine" issue 3. The scene is a few pages in, one of the main characters flashes back to her captivity by a vampire (don't know whole story, but I picked up issues 1 and 2 because it actually looked like an interesting tale). BTW issue 1 has another scene with same character.

What exactly happened in the Hack/Slash scene?

Not sure what was going on with scene (haven't red issue yet), but panel shows woman being carried out of a house by bad guys. She is B&G.

Found it. The girl is Anjelica, one of the main character's confidants. It looks like the plot involves some shadowy group of villains either kidnapping or killing all of the good guys in the story.
