I don't know if this has been posted before but apparently Sharon Carter (Captain America's love interest) has been gagged at least twice (according to my search).

Captain America #122 - 1970, February - I haven't found this scene yet
Sharon has once again infiltrated an AIM cell, only this time they've figured out who she is and have hired the Scorpion to kill her. For unrelated (more or less) reasons, the Scorpion and Steve are fighting and the Scorpion can't kill her at the appointed time. So AIM stooges instead tie her up, gag her and tosses her in the cellar. Steve doesn't know she's there, so he kicks some AIM ass and leaves just as Sharon finally gets her gag off and calls for help.

Captain America #159 - 1973, March - Apparently this might be the description of the first link posted earlier
Quote: "Cap, you said we'd fight as a team! I want to come with you!" ... And no synopsis. HOLY CRAP HOLD THE PHONE THERE'S A SYNOPSIS. Okay. So. Steve is once again kidnapped, because his cop buddies think he might be a crime boss after he disappears to fight crime all the time. But the cops leave him alone while Steve is tied to a chair (as cops are wont to do) and, learning nothing from the cops' motives in kidnapping him and tying him to a chair, goes off to fight crime with Sam. Sharon and Sam's girlfriend, Leila, catch up and want to go fight crime, too. So naturally, the girls are kidnapped by the supervillains and have to be rescued. Hey, at least they got in on the action.

Unfortunately that scene in the closet is the only shot of Sharon and Leila gagged.
The kidnapping doesn't even happen onscreen. There's just the brief panel of the girls found tied up in the closet at the end.
