RIP Peter Falk, TV's "Columbo"

Peter Falk, famous for his roles in "Columbo" and as the grandfather/narrator of "The Princess Bride", died earlier today.

One of the greatest TV detectives ever, a real shame to see him go.

I agree. Good actor, nice guy. My Dad grew up in the same town and time as he did - used to play pool with him when they were teens, though Falk was a little older.

I always think of Peter Falk as the grandfather from Princess Bride.
