Godspeed, Mr. Armstrong.
My children called me "Daddy". My wife called me "Milien". Now the world will learn to call me... NOX...

I got a little misty eyed at the news. See you, Space cowboy. I'm hoping that Curiosity's gave him quite a bit of delight.

An upstanding human being, making the ultimate space walk now. He will be missed.

I don't know what his final wishes were, but I almost hope that part of it includes interning himself on the moon to go along with his footprints. He will be missed but his contributions will carry on.

Ash spreading might very well be part of the dedication when the NASA moonbase comes to fruition. There's liable to be a sizable memorial placed at the moonbase. Already the Fallen Astronaut memorial left by Apollo names all of the American Astronauts and Soviet Cosmonauts that had passed on, including Gargarin and Komarov. There's liable to be a plaque and statue that will have those names, as well as those who perished on Challenger, Columbia, and Sergei Vozovikov.
