Apparently there is a mod that gives you access to a spell that lets you bind and gag NPC characters.

it immobilizes them for some seconds so they stand there

Very good. Bondage seems to get more attention in video games. Red Dead Redemption, the newest Tomb Raider, Skyrim. Hopefully this is gonna be an ongoing trend. Thanks für the pictures.

360, PS3, and PC. the mods are obviously only on the PC. even so its still not enough to make this game interesting again

There's an ass-load similar mods for Oblivion,Fallout 3, and New Vegas. They aren't, however, elements of gameplay. They're simply scripted poses. The genius that coded them also seems to have done so with one hand preoccupied; expect crashes.
