Amamiya, the head of the investigative branch the main characters work for, gets kidnapped and is briefly shown bound and tape-gagged.

I think I posted this a while back. Really cute damsel, and quite a wast she only got about half a second of being shown tied up.

The manga later on has a more extensive scene with a girl tied and gagged in a flooded box. Maybe the anime will reach that point eventually.
