Well, well, well, today we've got the first big surprise of the year. Even though I was 99% sure this series would give us nothing based on its short length, the last episode of the French live-action series based on the Cat's Eye manga actually has the main trio getting hogtied.

The GIFs are obnoxiously slowed down, there are no gags, and I think the actresses chosen for Rui and Ai are nowhere near as attractive as in the anime. Still, this is some nice stuff! I hope to see a video rip without that crappy slowdown soon.

The French really GET this property. Along with City Hunter. LOL

They are both very popular anime in those countries. Here in Italy even 70-year-old grandparents who don't know shit about anime have at least heard of Cat's Eye, if not watched it with their grandchildren lol.Suicide wrote: January 15th, 2025, 11:37 pm The French really GET this property. City Hunter doesn't reach that level, but it was still very popular among people who grew up in the late 1990s and early 2000s and has witnessed a resurgence lately.
