The King of Bs, The King of Cult, The Spiritual Godfather of New Hollywood, The Pope of Pop Cinema, The Man Who Launched A Thousand Careers, The Master of Schlock, The Man, The Myth, The Legend. Probably the only filmmaker in human history that achieved a seven decade long filmography. Modern American cinema and television can trace its roots all the way back to this man. A national treasure has left this planet and left behind a monumental legacy. May he rest in peace.
