The expansion for Mortal Konbat 1 released yesterday (September 24).

I have not played much of the expansion story yet, but I can tell you there is a scene near the beginning of the story where Sektor (now a human woman in cyber armor) and Sub-Zero are kneeling in front of Mileena with their hands cuffed behind their backs.
