The Crow – Hark The Herald: Father and adult daughter both chairtied, daughter tape gagged, bad ending.
Chastity (ok not a weekly comic, an old one from 1997 but who cares) : main character gets a ball stuffed in her mouth, then tape wrapped around to hold it in place, and gets restrained by a vampire so he can get his dose of blood.

Joker/Harley: Criminal Sanity #2: a woman is kidnapped by the Joker (a realistic serial killer, not the "traditionnal" Joker) and seen chair tied and tape gagged

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the new issue, issue #2 features 2-ish panels of Karai tied up with some ropes to a chair. The scene may continue in the next issue, based on how it looked upon finishing the comic, but I don't know for sure.

Hack/Slash trailers issue 2
Horror action comic series so a lot of scenes. Here is a girl in short sleeves suspended and gagged.

Issue 14 handcuffs and shackles not a very good one though.



Issue 20 the best one of the lot. MC Cassie Hack spends the entire issue in handcuffs and in a torn tshirt as sacrifice. She also spends a good deal of it fighting while cuffed.










Issue 22 she's still in the same outfit a few hours later having been caught by the police who have been mind controlled by a serial killer. They even lampshade her being delivered to them tied up.

There's likely to be more in later issues I'll look through tomorrow.

Also she spends the entire first issue tied to a chair too, issues 3 and 4 also have her shackled to be sacrificed.

TMNT: SATURDAY MORNING ADVENTURES #8 this week has an April bondage scene in the first few pages. She's tied to a pillar with rope by Wingnut & Screwloose. It runs for the first 3-4 pages.
