Suske en wiske - 1st volume

Initially, in their first adventures, suske en wiske were published as a french graphic novel (bob et bobette), before the rights got sold to the dutch willy vandersteen
Their aunt gets kidnapped when they are at hollywood, by a band of japanese gangsters (publication year is 1945).

Suske en Wiske always delivering scenes! Even back in the 40's

If Vandersteen had used for Wiske and Sidonia the original look would have been better.
(In fact, Wiske had the original look in the first releases on Tintin version française.)
