The head president of the superhumans in that regio wants to find out who has damage the buildings so he sent a brother sister superhuman team to investigate.
The brother and sister than finds the kids and tell that they are looking for the culprit, this causes the young girls to get tears, and while the brother tries to asure them he wil catch the criminal the girls in tears are almost spilling the truth that they have don it.
At the last second before they could say it the main guy handgags the girls and tells the brother he is the culprit.
