Mobile death game series.
I don't play this game but a quick search of terms like "tied", "bound", and "chains" got me these scenes. Heads up since given that this is a horror death game series many of these have bad endings.

There's a high probability of there being more scenes if anyone is interested.

Slay the princess indie game has a princess with one hand chained that you're supposed to slay. Multiple endings but apparently she's a monster anyway and she's able to fight you with her bare hands while you're armed with a knife.

Nothing Special
The MC is kidnapped and mildly tortured by a female stalker. There's some vivid descriptions of the MC being gagged and ziptied. Comments say the MC is female and her ingame username is called Luna but you don't see the MC onscreen due to it being first person.

Game called Kio's adventure. 5:30 has a pixelated girl sawed in half while strapped to a board,
28:26 has Kio get roofied by a stalker who ties her hands and brings her into his room. He falls asleep and you control her to get out.
40:36 has her friend Domini dunked in water while in stocks, 1:08:53 has her ripped in half

All of these are pixelated.

I didn't want to look at Kio's Adventure since I'm not into gore so thanks for specifically pointing out scenes where gore didn't happen.

Very quick hands behind back scene in the very beginning of TSIOQUE. Doesn't seem like there's any other scene even though the premise is very strong: Evil wizard takes over a kingdom and locks the princess in a dungeon where she has to escape. Although I guess the spoiler ending makes sense.
