Old Black and White scene

Hey all there's a black and white movie scene I've been trying to find, but I don't remember the title.

It involves a woman looking around some papers or books when a man comes up behind her from a hidden passage. He proceeds to grab and handgag her, pulling her back through the passage. He takes her to some sort of hidden chamber where it looks like another woman is being held, as it has a bed and everything. She's then gagged with a classic white cloth otm gag and there's a zoom in of her hands being tied behind her back. A little while later more of the villains come back and carry her away, and that's all I can remember.

Does this sound familiar to anyone else? If you could give me it's title I'd appreciate it.
