Yet another old-timer - but I don't find much in new shows that hasn't already been reported. SPT Layzner, which may also be listed as Blue Comet SPT Layzner or Blue Meteor (etc.), has two scenes of interest:
episode #26 starting around 15:15 - 3 men and 1 woman are tied up hanging halfway up the side of a building (this may already have been reported under "suspensions")
episode #32 starting around 14:45 - a woman in a long gown is roped up
