Fandora is a short OVA dating to the 1980s that unexpectedly turned out to have a few DID scenes:
In episode #1 around 10:35 a young lady is shackled to a Y-shaped crucifix. Around 16:15 now Fandora herself is shackled to it. Then around 22:50 she's webbed (by an alien spider-thing) by the wrists to the top rope of a wrestling ring.
In episode #2 around 5:50 a female crook is handcuffed, hands behind back. Then around 7:55 the same crook is roped up in the usual anime style (plenty of rope around the torso).
