Anime Sightings Old and New - Ghost in the Shell the New Movie

This is really minor, but I've had so little to contribute recently that I'll use the opportunity. Ghost in the Shell the New Movie is a movie but not a new movie in the sense that it's the sequel to Ghost in the Shell Arise (known in its TV version as Alternative Architecture). The movie starts with terrorists holding a large group of people, male and female, hostage. Their arms are behind their backs, but in the brief scene I couldn't make out any restraints. This occurs at the 4:15 mark with one or two equally brief scenes following.
