That's certainly a rarity since Asterix is a little light on bondage (save for Cacofonix pretty much every issue) since they're a little light on women. Save for Impedimenta & Mrs. Geriatrix (and to a lesser extent, Cleopatra & Panacea, though the latter has pretty much disappeared lately) there are no recurring female characters, and when they do appear, they do jack cheese that would lead to them getting kidnapped.

I don't really follow Asterix anymore, but it's pretty sad that the only character that ever gets the treatment is Cacofonix (though he pretty much deserves it :P) and hotties like Cleopatra or Panacea/Falbala have never gotten (afaik) even a single tie-up. And since the Internet is dominated by Americans and Asterix is pretty much unknown in America, there's no fanart to "fix the problem" >:(

Falbala has been tied up once, but in an animated movie, not in the comic.
La surprise de césar, starts around 17:45

according to tvtropes, the character to melodrama gets tied up and gagged in "asterix and the great divide."

Can confirm, I posted some (REALLY shitty quality, sorry but I couldn't find any way to cut the pics any better than that) scans here:

She's cute and all, but god, imagine Cleopatra all bound and gagged and struggling... It would be the best thing ever!
