I can confirm the manga has one full treatment of Big X's girlfriend Nina. It's possible the anime series may have these same scenes. The anime number for Nina's possible scene if it surfaced in the anime I would assume is going to be Episode 7 or 8. I don't think Big X's mother's scene is in the anime, but if it is it'll be in Episode 2.

That's where the scene starts which is Page 30 and it ends on Page 31. There are no other drawn scenes of her tied up. If you are talking about the capture scene that's on Page 29 and you can use the link to see that scene if you want. She isn't tied up until Page 30. It also didn't even show her being untied and rescued.

The only other scene I'm aware of is the Nina Belmont scene listed below his mother's scene. I've only checked four volumes so there could be more, but you have to realize this manga is from 1964 and isn't entirely that easy to find.
