Just like in the manga, Parona gets captured trying to rescue a fellow village girl from being sacrificed and wounds up tied to a tree.
The next episode should show her escaping her predicament, using a hidden knife in her footwear, assuming it faithfully follows the manga.

In the manga, Parona gets another DID scene where she gets caught while trying to escape imprisonment and has her hands tied above her head, which she escapes easily.
This scene may be animated.

The intro shows that the anime series will at least cover the prison island arc, which has two other girls in DID, Tonari and Mia.
Their entire group (which includes three boys) are sedated and taken into a ship.
Tonari wakes up with her hands tied behind her back but gets help untying herself.
She then escapes the ship, leaving Mia and the rest of the gang tied up and still knocked out.
The rest of the gang follows her later.

As predicted, the scene with Parona continues in episode 3 and is in a "peril" situation, which she needs to untie herself quickly.

They skipped the scene where Parona wakes up with her hands tied above her head in episode 4.
Another of those "DID skip adaptation", like in Isekai Cheat Magician.
