DC Comics are doing some weird crossover but the gist of this is that this issue feature two dueling tales set early in the careers of Batman (and Robin) and Superman which naturally intertwine to see them meet. Spider Lady, an obscure villain from the 1948 Superman film serial (that starred Kirk Alyn), busts out a few villains from Arkham Asylum (most notably, Joker and Penguin). In a brief scene, Batman captures Spider Lady to interrogate her.
