As far as I'm aware these aren't from the official Detective Conan manga, rather, they're from the one offs produced by the main authors' understudies. Unfortunately, very few of these volumes have been released in English, or even been given fansubs, so they are hard to find on English language sites.

These are short story spin-offs called Detective Conan Special, if I'm not wrong.
Unlike how the regular series take multiple chapters for a single case, the stories for the Special version is more compact and takes a single chapter to wrap things up.
