The first two Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha movies were just compilation films, but the third and fourth combined to present a new story. The third, Reflection, was unexpectedly full of DID scenes:
Around 6:30 a girl is roped hand and foot with a cleave gag. (The scene was continued in a flashback around 55:20.)
At a point soon after 34:00 Nanoha is wrapped up in metal cables.
Around 1:33:20 a girl is in anime manacles (i.e., halfway up the forearms).
And the movie included plenty of scenes with various girls in glowing magical restraints, either wrapped around the torso or spreadeagled, specifically:

On the other hand, the fourth movie, Detonation, had no scenes worth mentioning.
