I feel like I may have come across a comic chapter or episode where a girl is in a tie-up, distress scene but completely oblivious to the situation and keeps smiling, thinking that she's playing a game or something like that.
Anyone remembers DID situations like this?

Pretty sure I've come across one or two over the years, but like yourself I have zero memory of anything in particular despite something lurking in the dark recesses of my atrocious memory. 
I mean, one scene I do remember comes from the Love Hina manga, where Kanako is disguised as Motoko and tricks Kitsune, Su and Mutsumi (IIRC) into tying a rope around their ankles, one which is attached to a tree that pulls them up into a tangle of rope. The girls go along with it until it's far too late.
