Episode 28 is probably one of the Part 40 tier files. Just have to download each one until we find the one we want. I wish it weren't 1k MB though.

Don't have any free video editing software I can use, since everything is MP4 nowadays.

You might want ask Suicide or ghostz on what to use to clip episodes. I'm not exactly the best person to ask that.

I have Episode 28 now and I can confirm this that you only need Part 40 and 41 to complete the volume necessary to extract Episode 28 from the RAR. I'm trying to clip it, but I'm running into problems such as my recording software is not staying in synch with the episode where it gets choppy and laggy when I try to record it.

I just got my hands on the episode. If you want it, I believe all you need is Part 40 and 41 like I posted. I'm having a problem clipping, because the program I use doesn't work very well on mkv format files. Think you could help me out?

Hachi said there was a gag scene in this anime. He just didn't know what episode and luckily someone archived all the episodes so you can direct download them.
