I know that the third one is from Liberty's Kids. An episode called Green Mountain Boys.

The others I have no clue.

yes! it is from Liberty's Kids episode 7 Green Mountain Boys.

If you check Suicide's Trifecta site, I believe he has most of those scenes on his site and the anime and episode numbers they came from.
