The second season of Squid Girl has a DID scene toward the end of episode #6: a girl dressed "men in black" style with suit and sunglasses is tied up with a generous amount of rope around her torso. (Also, in episode #12 Squid Girl herself is handgagged, which I've reported in the appropriate thread.)

Maybe its because its on Tenka Seiha but I vaguely remember seeing this. I think that girl was obsessed with one of the main MCs hence why shes tied up.
