Anime Sightings Old and New - Romeo's Blue Skies

Romeo's Blue Skies (also known as Romeo and the Black Brothers) is about young chimney sweeps in Milan, Italy, sometime around the end of the 19th century. That's about the last show I would have guessed might have DID content, yet a number of scenes turned up.

In episode #25, around 4:30, a girl is tied to a chair. But instead of tying her arms behind the chair, the villains tied her arms behind her back with plenty of rope around the torso, and then used more rope to tie her to the back of the chair. Then, just after the eyecatch, it becomes a CID - roped back-to-back with one of the chimney sweeps. Next, around 14:15 an older lady in a long gown is tied to the same chair in the same way, plus a cleave gag. (The last was reported in passing here some years ago.) This scene is briefly repeated at the beginning of episode #26.

In episode #28, around 4:00 there's a double GID with OTM gags. Then around 15:30 the same girl as above gets a handgag. Then around 19:30 she gets handgagged again!
