Rapunzel in Tangled. Perfect combination of a gorgeous damsel, nice bonds, a dramatic situation, and GREAT mmphing from an amazing actress.

While it was a bit of tease. I did think that moment with Hera Syndulla at the end of Doctor Aphra #17 was pretty great.

Amika from Lostorage conflated WIXOSS Episode 8

For me is by far the best we have all the top tier of the DID scenes are here , female captor , tied both hands and feet with rope in the torso , we see when she is gagged by the bad girl , a lot of struggle , a lot of mphhhh and is not gore (some burns by the rope but no many details) and the girl is so cute ... 10/10 one of the best DID scenes of the history

Just from the top of my head, one of the best animated scenes for the decade for me was Julie's scene in Ben 10 Ultimate Alien and Hide's scene from Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox
