Bandai has made all the episode of Dairugger XV (aka "Vehicle Voltron") available on their channel, complete with English subtitles.
I don't know if it's made available in other countries, though.
But I wonder if there was any DID in this series.

Sorry to bump this, but a very reliable source recently finished this and got back to me, there are no damsel in distress scenes in this.
