In the actual game, there's a scene in which Ishtar (a.k.a. Not Rin Tohsaka) gets captured by the good guys. Nothing visual; mainly dialogue, some of which explaining how she's tied up. Here's the scene in question:

Hopefully, this scene remains intact in the anime adaption coming in October. The scene itself is a bit of a ways in the story, so I wouldn't expect to see it in the first 3 episodes.

So we have two potential scenes this and the nitocris scene, i really hope we get both i hope the animation Studio get a proper adaptation of this because are important parts of the history.
