That was my favorite moment from the show. Some cartoons have blindfolded damsel moments, but it doesn't happen very often. Examples are Rainbow Dash from Daring Done? and 1980's April o'Neil from The Case of the Hot Kimono.

Blindfolds in cartoons are usually used for when someone is doing a party game, led to a surprise, or doing some kind of training exercise.
