The animation quality in Lassie season 2 is reaaally closing that gap between cel-shaded 3D and 2D animation.
It's looking like a 2D Disney animated movie at a glance.

I decided to look into the episodes from Lassie season 2 summary.
It looks like there might be a couple episodes were a treatment can happen:
The first were it can happan is ep 5 whith will air on the 13

summary:
Lassie helps a young rider whose horse has gone through. She stays overnight at Zoé and disappears the next morning. Zoé learns that she is being sought as a horse thief. Two ranchers claim that the young woman, Carmen, stole her valuable wild horse. But Zoé and Lassie are convinced of Carmen's innocence. They mistrust the ranchers and are guided by their feeling of wanting to help Carmen.

next is ep 8 on the 16
Zoé and Harvey follow a woman who seems suspicious to them, to an archaeological site. As they get closer and are discovered, they are in grave danger. When Zoé and Harvey get separated, they both need Lassie's help. The bitch is torn. She can not be both at the same time. But then Harvey and Lassie set out together to free Zoé from a difficult situation.

Ep 14 on the 22
In a spectacular action Lassie captures the broken zebras of a traveling circus. The ringmaster is so excited about it that he wants Lassie for his circus. Of course Zoé rejects that. The following morning, Lassie is gone. Zoé is convinced that the ringmaster is behind it. Even as the suspicion does not seem to confirm, Zoé and Harvey do everything to find the beloved bitch.

Zoé, Harvey, and Lassie start looking for an old mine owned by Mrs. Lee. Meanwhile, two brothers turn up at Mrs. Lee and ask her for the gold from the mine. Mrs. Lee assures them that gold has never been found in the mine. But the men force them to go to the mine with them. On the way they meet Zoé, Harvey and Lassie. They realize: To help Mrs. Lee, they have to be at the mine before the men.

I thought of two scenes that would be hard to find, especially the latter.

Camp Candy an old 80's cartoon starring the late John Candy as a camp counselor. One episode had an opening where they put on a play and Vanessa, the brunette rich one, was tied up as part of it. I remember because I always wanted her to be tied up, and I think she was the only bondage ever in the series run.

Spacecats created by Paul Fusco, the man behind ALF, was a show about intergalactic cats who fought crime. One episode featured an attractive female cat agent joining the regulars on a mission and she was tied up. This series is far more rare, as only its' opening can be found on YouTube and few to no other clips of it appear to exist.

I remember in Spacecats that there were a lot of gagged people who got kidnapped at a dinner party, and they can be seen at the end untied and still gagged.
