There was also a web game where you play as Double D and you wrestle against the Redheaded Kanker sister. One of Double Ds's moves has him wrap his body around her. No gag. Good luck finding it.
And I recall seeing a picture of the other two Kanker sisters with their bodies tied together in a knot. I'm assuming it was also from the movie, but I haven't seen it all the way so I'm not sure if it was fan art or not. If it was really in the movie, then that technically means every single reoccurring human got tied up and/or gagged at least once.

Nazz is tied hands outstretched to two mailboxes to be used as bait for aliens. She struggles when it seems the aliens are going to attack her. It turns out to just be Rolf. But they leave her tied to the mailbox in the ending when they flee from Rolf as she calls out for someone to help her.
Surprised nobody has mentioned it before especially since Nazz was used as the "fanservice" character.

My guess is either I didn't see that episode, or it was too woke for me to remember. Not only was there no gag, but here arms are neither pinned to the torso nor in the straitjacket positions.
