Saw this webtoon mentioned a few months back. Checked out the most recent story arc and it had 2 scenes.
Context: A boy is murdered by a serial killer, causing him to become a ghost. He then attempts to master his new ghost body so as to exact revenge on his killer. The first scene involves a random young woman the killer attempts to murder, only for the boy to stop him. The second scene involves the boys mother, who runs into the killer while handing out fliers for her son. The killer overpowers ties her up with the intent to kill her too. Fortunately, the ghost boy is able to save her and take his revenge.

The boy's mother is tape gagged and tied up for about half of each of these issues. (The second of these contains some graphic images)
