The comic is based off a novel series. The Osiris Ritual is a novel not a comic. The text of her B&G scene is quite good though

No this comic is an entirely new sequel series and merely based on the novel material and takes place after all five novels.

I just read Amazing Forest Trade and they had a tale homage to the classic damsel tied to the train track by the evil mustache villain, but it's all an act. I won't spoil the twist ending.

Jingle Belle Special by IDW has the main character and her mother bound and gagged in scarves for one panel. Very small on the panel sadly. Paul Dini always delivering at least one scene.

Uncanny X-men #5 Kitty's scene continues and she even gets an energy gag for her troubles!

It is pretty hilarious that this is Kelly Thompon's first stint co-writing UXM and she's already bound and gagged a heroine who is seemingly impossible to bind and gag.

What I love about this scene is that the other guy captives don't get gagged, only Kitty because she's mouthing off.
