In the 12th chapter of the Fairy Tail sequel, Wendy and Natsu are captured and tied up. Erza is also captured, but is not exactly tied up; it maybe is interesting for some.

Ha if there were any doubt the author is into bondage then those doubts are now dispelled. Its not the first time Erza's been made a slave either.
