NANCY DREW #5 (2018) & WEST COAST AVENGERS #3 (2018) & ARCHIE MEETS BATMAN '66 #4!

A double dose of Kelly Thompson written comics means a double dose of bondage. I am dead serious, nearly anything she writes seems to have a DID, CID or GID scene in it eventually. She's just been announced as the new writer of CAPTAIN MARVEL in January, FYI. But onto the good stuff.

NANCY DREW #5 seems to be the end of the story, even though it sort of ends on a cliffhanger. This issue continues the scene with Bess as well as adds in a new damsel named Jennifer. It is short but sweet.

WEST COAST AVENGERS #3 features lead heroine Kate Bishop being zapped unconscious by the villain B.R.O.D.O.C. and strapped to a medical table.

Meanwhile, ARCHIE MEETS BATMAN '66 #4 has a CID scene featuring Jughead, Robin, and Batgirl. Jughead had been captured by the Joker after investigating their occupation of Pop Tate's Chock'Lit Shoppe. Robin and Batgirl got into a fight at Riverdale High, where Catwoman is posing as one of their teachers. They manage to beat her henchmen, but Catwoman KO's them with gas.
